Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager with my client, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of diverse projects. Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and closing projects while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. Your key responsibilities will include:
Project Planning: Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budget allocation and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Efficiently allocate resources, manage subcontractors, and identify areas for cost optimization.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement contingency plans to ensure project progress remains on track.
Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and any changes in project scope.
Quality Control: Maintain a strong focus on quality standards and ensure that all projects meet or exceed industry regulations and client expectations.
Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for all project participants.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction and real estate industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of construction and real estate project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
