As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion. Projects will be in the Highrise/Commercial/Mixed-Use Sectors with Project volumes over $100 million
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
