Job Title: Healthcare Architectural Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Architectural Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of healthcare projects. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare design standards, regulatory compliance, and project management best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage healthcare architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop project goals, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate architectural solutions with building systems.
- Manage project documentation, including design development, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance throughout all phases.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design team members.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings to ensure project alignment with design intent and construction quality.
- Maintain strong client relationships and foster business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect (preferred) or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- 7+ years of experience in architectural project management, with a strong focus on healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design software.
- Strong understanding of healthcare facility design principles, codes, and guidelines (e.g., FGI Guidelines, ADA, NFPA, and Joint Commission standards).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
