A leading General Contractor that specializes in Underground Utility Excavation is hiring! They are looking for a Project Manager with a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, focused on water, conduit installation, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage projects.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects, including directing construction activities, resolving construction challenges, coordinating field installations, schedules, budgets, manpower, and equipment needs.
Track quantities and analyze production, manage material delivery, coordinate with subcontractors, and work with project management and clients to ensure compliance with contracts, budgets, and schedules.
Provide general oversight of all operational functions, including safety regulations, training & development, and project management scheduling.
Build client relationships and interface with clients for all project-field related activities.
Manage daily job costs and overall project accounting.
Collaborate with Field Superintendent to prepare daily and look-ahead schedules.
Research and resolve drawing interpretation issues, conflicts, and as-built drawings.
Verify field-installed materials and equipment for compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
Research vendor data for project-specific or customized products and materials.
Order materials and ensure vendors have sufficient information to supply required materials, with delivery dates aligned to project schedules.
Facilitate communication between project team members.
Initiate requests for information (RFIs).
Initiate Change Orders.
Submit and obtain necessary permits.
Call and track utility markouts.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
