Project Manager, Healthcare
Salary: $130,000
Company Summary: We are looking for an innovative and creative Project Manager to join our Healthcare team in our Orlando office. We are an award-winning architecture firm based in the U.S. and have been supporting clients since 1954 through innovative architecture, design, and planning. The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Completing weekly time sheet item approvals
- Managing of billings as well as accounts receivable
- Managing all aspects of projects spanning from small to mid-size
- Maintaining a great relationship with the client, all while offering advice for design excellence
- Demonstrating a technical proficiency in detailing and experience with complex building types
The Project Manager will be required to have:
- Minimum 8 years of architecture experience, specifically in healthcare
- BS or MS in Architecture, or a relevant field, and a registration preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience managing healthcare projects
- Strong interpersonal skills, like strong communication and presentation skills
- A keen will to solve complex business problems
