Seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage projects within our electric utilities division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the electric utilities industry. Prior experience in transmission, substation, and/or distribution engineering is a must!
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including internal resources and third-party contractors.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the electric utilities sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
