Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for Data Center Construction? Key Responsibilities

✅ Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Data Center construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final handover.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between owners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
✅ Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-tracking to ensure financial efficiency.
✅ Schedule Oversight: Drive project timelines, coordinate resources, and proactively identify and mitigate delays.
✅ Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work meets industry standards, local regulations, and client expectations for safety and performance.
✅ Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
✅ Technical Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, critical infrastructure, and Data Center operations to ensure top-tier execution.

What We're Looking For

🔹 Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience in Data Center construction (Owner's Rep, General Contractor, or Developer background preferred).
🔹 Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
🔹 Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, MEP systems, and mission-critical environments.
🔹 Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
🔹 Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions proactively.
🔹 Certifications (Preferred): PMP, LEED, or similar credentials are a plus.
