Position: Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX; Houston, TX; or Chicago, IL (minimum three days per week in-office, relocation assistance available)
Role Overview: Manage utility-scale Battery Energy Storage and Substation Projects. Responsible for project safety, scheduling, budgeting, contract management, and construction quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Oversee project design, coordinate engineering resources, manage project plans, and ensure timely project completion.
- Safety: Lead by example, enforce safety practices, conduct Job Hazard Analysis, and ensure team training.
- EPC Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with EPC partners and ensure project delivery meets company standards.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budget, costs, procurement, and materials management.
- Contract Management: Ensure compliance with contracts, manage change orders, and handle project-related purchases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Familiarity with project management processes, including budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling software
- 5+ years of construction experience, including on-site work
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a construction leadership role
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for corporate vehicle insurance
- Ability to obtain a valid passport for international travel
