Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of project plans, including scope, objectives, and schedules
- Coordinate design submittals and meetings with internal and external teams
- Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and senior management, keeping everyone informed on progress
- Monitor project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial constraints are met
- Manage project changes effectively, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost adjustments are handled smoothly
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in a design environment
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Professional licensure (Architect or Engineer) preferred
- Strong skills in MS Project, MS Excel, Teams, One Note, and Sharepoint
- Experience with construction document publishing and project management tools (Deltek or Ajera a plus)
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and project-related activities
