Title: Senior Project Manager / Studio Leader
Salary: $100,000 = $125,000
Summary: A well established firm in Raleigh, NC is searching for an motivated and personable Project Manager to act as a studio leader for their office. The ideal candidate should have experience in local government and institutional projects as well as a clientele base to be leveraged for business development.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist Principals in growing their footprint in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle
- Participate in interviews for new projects
- Manage all aspects of a significant project including design, consultant collaboration, client management, drawings, QA/QC, project schedules, and project team management
Qualifications Include:
- Licensure in North Carolina
- Bachelor Degree or Higher from an accredited institution
- Familiar with the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle
- Business development experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, Bluebeam, Revit, and Outlook is required
