Our client is embarking on an exciting new venture with the construction of a multi-billion dollar casino hotel located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of this high-profile commercial buildings project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the overall delivery of projects from inception through completion
* Develop strategic plans that deliver value whilst meeting business objectives
* Ensure quality control throughout every phase of construction
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors etc.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- A degree or diploma qualification related to Commercial Buildings/Construction sector would be advantageous; - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CASINO / HOTEL PROJECTS OR EXPERIENCE MANAGING PROJECTS OVER $500 MILLION
- Proven ability at delivering large-scale complex projects successfully;
