Position: Project Engineer
Location: Twin Falls, Idaho
Salary: $85,000-$125,000 + Bonus(s)

Position Overview: As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management teams, ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage project documentation, assist in project scheduling, and ensure that all aspects of the project are compliant with company standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and timelines are adhered to.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Manage and track project submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders.
- Collaborate with project managers, field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Assist with daily project reports, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Monitor and help manage project budgets and costs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any construction-related issues.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Project Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in supporting the management of heavy civil and/or water infrastructure construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, project management software, and tools.
- Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
- Familiarity with project scheduling and cost management.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and understand blueprints and construction plans.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
