A leading national civil engineering firms is seeking a Project Engineer - Land Development to join their Las Vegas office. This leading firm provides services from field to finish, both in single-family residential developments as well as master-planned communities. About the Role
In the Project Engineer position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing development projects for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in residential and commercial land development projects in Nevada.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and analysis of various engineering projects.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop innovative solutions.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance and quality.
- Drive the design of projects, including site layouts, grading, drainage design, and permitting for commercial and residential developments, road design, utility design, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Support the project team in managing project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed in the state of Nevada or ability to receive within 6 months
- 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development.
- Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings and legal documents.
- Demonstrates sound engineering principles and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., Auto CAD, Civil 3D).
