Program Manager - Building Automation
Job Summary: My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee our building automation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of building automation projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met. Provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards and company policies. Conduct regular quality audits and implement improvements as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the building automation or construction industry.
- Skills:
