Role Overview:
This position involves driving sales of technical products within North America. The individual will work on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
Primary Duties:
- Meet sales objectives for technical products in North American markets.
- Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and perform on-site product demonstrations and application reviews.
- Deliver technical presentations and product training to customers.
- Identify potential clients in both existing and emerging industries.
- Increase market share by developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Provide input on retrofitting opportunities for outdated or competitor products.
- Track sales activity and report on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
- Draft proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage order and invoicing processes.
- Represent the company at trade shows and professional events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer engagement.
- Travel requirements: Approximately 50-70%, including occasional international trips.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years in technical product sales, emphasizing value-based or solution-oriented selling.
