Responsibilities:
- Manage and train plant Maintenance and Operations teams.
- Provide instructions for optimal operations.
- Prepare and analyze reports for the Plant Manager.
- Ensure the quality of the final product.
- Monitor processes and production performance.
- Develop and implement performance monitoring tools.
- Conduct regular meetings to identify and solve process issues.
- Participate in annual operations and budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Generate work instruction sheets for new processes.
