Job Title: Process Engineering Lead
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Lead to oversee and manage complex engineering projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for engineering teams.
- Develop and implement process engineering solutions in alignment with project goals.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to analyze system performance.
- Lead process hazard analysis and risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
- Prepare and review engineering documentation, including process flow diagrams and technical reports.
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at project sites.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in process engineering or a related role.
- Strong technical knowledge of process design and optimization methods.
- Proficiency in process simulation software such as HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
