Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization & Design: Develop, analyze, and refine advanced water treatment processes to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Focus on Wastewater
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to assess, implement, and enhance treatment technologies.
- Customer & Stakeholder Support: Provide technical assistance, process evaluations, and strategic recommendations to ensure operational success.
- Regulatory Compliance & Standards: Stay informed of environmental and industry regulations, ensuring all processes meet or exceed compliance requirements.
- Technology Integration & Innovation: Evaluate emerging water treatment solutions, optimize system performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Development & Execution: Participate in process design, system calculations, and equipment selection for treatment applications.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Engage with vendors, clients, and technical teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and drive project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on water treatment technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of filtration, chemical dosing, membrane separation, and sludge treatment processes.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, permitting, and environmental compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize treatment systems and troubleshoot technical challenges.
- Effective communication and project management skills for successful collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience in process modeling, system calculations, and treatment design is preferred.
