About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership and Collaboration:
Collaborate with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to guide the architectural design and planning process.
Engage with clients throughout all phases of the project, utilizing creative and efficient processes.
Lead the development of design presentations, detailed documentation, and technical drawings.
Present design concepts to clients and refine them based on feedback and project needs.
Project Management:
Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets through all stages, ensuring smooth execution.
Streamline design processes, ensuring effective coordination between project teams and disciplines.
Oversee the delivery of projects from design to construction, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff, helping them grow professionally.
Business Development and Client Relations:
Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.
Drive revenue through strategic project acquisitions and maintain a strong presence with key clients.
Uphold the organization's reputation by ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
Continuous Learning and Professional Growth:
Actively pursue professional development opportunities and certifications to expand expertise.
Stay current with trends, materials, and innovations in the architecture field.
Participate in industry seminars, workshops, and organizations to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Licensed Architect (NCARB certification preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in architecture, with a significant focus on healthcare projects.
Software Skills: Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
Office Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with Deltek VantagePoint is a plus.
Compensation:
Base salary range: $150,000 - $185,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
