Principal Control Systems Commissioning Engineer
Are you ready to take the lead in transforming energy systems at the forefront of innovation? We are seeking an experienced Principal Control Systems Commissioning Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of a critical power uprate project for a long standing Nuclear Facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical activities for system modifications and commissioning in a nuclear power plant environment.
- Act as a system subject matter expert, ensuring seamless system integration.
- Manage plant modifications through approval processes.
- Develop and oversee startup and factory testing procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Operations, and Maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including 50.59 and license amendment preparations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Controls, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 13 years of relevant engineering experience, including 7 years in control systems engineering within a nuclear or related industry.
- Availability for shift work during installation.
- Must meet nuclear plant access requirements.
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a satisfactory record.
Preferred Experience:
- Power uprate experience in pressurized water reactors (PWR).
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Prior experience in design engineering and configuration control.
