Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and talented Principal Civil Engineer to join our team in Columbus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing diverse teams to deliver highway or roadway projects from preliminary through final design, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, design, and implement roadway, streetscape, and active transportation projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality and meet project requirements.
- Manage client relationships and deliver projects from concept to construction.
- Conduct stakeholder and public outreach, develop feasibility studies, and prepare construction documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on roadway or transportation projects.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
