On behalf of our client, we are seeking a visionary and experienced Principal Architect to lead their Design Department. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Design Department, driving innovation and excellence in all projects.
- Oversee the architectural design process from conceptual development through to completion.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the design team.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to align design goals with overall business objectives.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Oversee projects related to existing structures and building repairs, with some involvement in new construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience, primarily focused on existing structures and building repairs.
- Proven leadership experience within a design department or architectural firm.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
