About the Company
This Company is a leading exterior construction company that are launching a new Construction Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) business focused on large-scale design-build repair projects for public sector clients, including Federal and State agencies. These projects will range from $30M to $100M, requiring a visionary leader to establish and run this business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead operations, including project execution, resource management, and financial performance.
- Cultivate relationships with public sector clients and partners to drive business growth.
- Oversee design-build projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team to support the company's long-term success.
Qualifications
- 25+ years of experience in construction management, general contracting, and design-build contracting.
- Proven C-level leadership experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of design-build delivery methods and large-scale project execution.
- Experience with public sector projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with large repair or retrofit projects is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and business development skills.
