Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade restoration and Local Law 11 contracting work. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee all phases of project execution, from initial assessment to final inspection.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with Local Law 11 and other relevant regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance and safety standards.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate a team of skilled craftsmen, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide regular updates on project status, address any concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, inspection reports, and progress updates. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management,preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on facade restoration and Local Law 11 compliance.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. OSHA certification is a plus.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Local Law 11 regulations and facade restoration techniques.
