Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate and pilot in offshore construction zones and other infrastructure areas.
- Coordinate with team to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Conduct pre-departure checks and ensure all navigational equipment is functioning correctly.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust navigation plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards.
- Provide guidance and training to junior crew members and other personnel.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all navigational activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid aviation license
- Extensive experience in flying in offshore / marine conditions
- Total flight time of 2000 hours
- Fluency in Mandarin is high advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
