Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Construction Commissioning Project Manager to join an Employee-Owned global tech company, building a state-of-the-art hyperscale Data Center in Kansas City.
The project is a multiple building Data Center campus, which is over 1 Million Sq. ft and roughly $1Billion in budget!
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the commissioning process for a hyperscale Data Center, ensuring all systems are operational and meet performance standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, construction, and operations teams to develop and implement commissioning plans.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the commissioning phase, ensuring timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably within data centers or large-scale facilities.
- Strong understanding of commissioning processes and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
