We are currently seeking an On-site Construction Superintendent for a client out of Richmond, VA. Our client is a premier renewable energy company in the Midwest, dedicated to advancing sustainability and fostering clean power. Their expertise lies in crafting bespoke solar energy solutions, encompassing design, engineering, and implementation, tailored for residential, commercial, and utility-scaled Projects.
With that established footprint in the United States solar market, they are currently looking to grow and expand their renewables energy team!
The ideal candidate:
- 2+ years of renewable energy experience
- OSHA 30 certified
- Willingness to be On-site 100% and overnight travel up to 30% - 40%
- Located with-in the Richmond, Virginia area
Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site construction operations, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling tasks, and upholding quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Monitor project advancement, liaising with project managers to address any challenges or setbacks.
- Maintain precise project records, including daily logs, progress updates, and alteration requests.
- Facilitate effective communication among clients, architects, and engineers to achieve project objectives.
- Manage project finances, oversee budgets, tracking expenses, and monitoring labor and material expenditures.
