The Operations Supervisor leads the Network Operations Center, managing SCADA switching and commissioning, outage restoration, and alarm quality assurance. They guide system operators and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee SCADA operations, including switching, commissioning, and outage restoration.
- Monitor system alarms and maintain daily operational logs.
- Provide leadership and clear direction to system operators, ensuring effective incident response and minimal downtime.
- Conduct training sessions to keep team members current on technologies and industry best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reliability.
- Enforce safety and security protocols, reporting any unsafe conditions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated system operations.

Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Several years of experience in operations centers or control rooms, with progressive supervisory responsibilities.
