Our client is seeking a seasoned Municipal Team Lead with expertise in engineering management who will uphold their commitment to excellence while fostering team growth. Responsibilities:
- Hire and manage staff
- Effectively allocate new projects and oversee employee time commitments
- Conduct annual personnel reviews coupled with salary adjustment recommendations
- Spearhead business development activities including proposal responses & client meetings
- Cultivate talent through mentorship programs whilst managing overall financial performance of your division
Requirements:
- Project Management: Leveraging 15+ years' experience, drive project execution from inception to completion ensuring scope, budgetary compliance, and scheduling adherence aligns seamlessly with organizational goals
- Staff Management Expertise: Experience managing direct reports
- Familiarity working alongside software such as Civil3DAutoCAD
- PE Licensure in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within 6 months
Location: In-person presence required in either Milwaukee or Menomonie offices - flexible
Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000
