Looking for an experienced MEP engineer to expand their MEP team in the Georgia Office working on various projects from industrial to residential and commercial to municipal.
Bring your passion for engineering and expertise in MEP systems to:
- Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams on Property Condition Assessments and Facility Condition Assessments.
- Help clients develop annual capital and operations/maintenance budgets.
- Conduct peer reviews of building designs.
- Perform energy audits, system commissioning, forensic evaluations, and manage the design and assessment of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients and site personnel.
- Work on a variety of projects, tackling complex challenges and creating meaningful impact.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven leadership and project management success.
- Strong expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Fundamental knowledge of electrical systems and energy conservation concepts.
- Familiarity with national/state building codes, facilities engineering, energy audits, commissioning, and sustainability consulting (preferred).
- LEED or CEM certifications (a plus).
