Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing MEP systems
- Conducting site visits to review and provide solutions for retrofitting or replacement needs
- Managing and coordinating with other project team members including architects, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality MEP replacement and upgrade projects.
- Oversee upgrades ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with management and senior staff to develop unique area of specialty
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical,
- Mechanical Aptitude: In-depth understanding of machinery operation; ability not just repair but also improve system performance.!
- Experience of working on MEP projects and implementing inspections of mechanical systems, processes and procedures
Desired Traits:
- Ability in identifying root causes behind mechanical failures malfunctions whether they lie within mechanics electrics-or both!
- PE licenced is desirable
- Strong technical expertise, client management skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environment
- Excited to work on large scale projects
- Some understanding of electrical/ plumbing expertise
