Job Title: Medical Equipment Planner (Lab Experience)
Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
Location: Must be located in California or willing to relocate to California. Projects will be in California.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and coordination of medical equipment for healthcare laboratory projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to ensure project goals and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain detailed equipment lists, specifications, and procurement schedules.
Provide technical expertise on laboratory equipment to meet the needs of various healthcare facilities.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate equipment selection, procurement, and installation.
Conduct site assessments and participate in project meetings to ensure successful implementation.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in medical and laboratory equipment.
Requirements:
Must be located in California or willing to relocate to California. Projects will be in California.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical equipment planning, with a strong focus on healthcare laboratory projects.
Proven experience working within healthcare systems or healthcare-related environments.
Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment specifications, procurement processes, and healthcare facility requirements.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software tools for equipment planning and project tracking.
Willingness to travel into the office multiple times a week, with a 90-day in-office on-boarding period.
