Currently partnered with a Mechanical contractor that specializes in medium to large-scale Industrial and Commercial projects in North Carolina. They currently have a large backlog of work in Carolinas, they're currently looking for experienced Mechanical Superintendents to join their team
Ideal candidates will have experience and background of working on projects $9M+. This individual will also be comfortable scheduling, running and overseeing the manpower on projects to ensure project is completed on-time and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop cost estimates for the project and budget management
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction personnel
- Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Reviewing and approving contract documentation
- Maintain and managing accurate records of job site activities, including daily reports, time cards, and material deliveries
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Experience working on projects exceeding $9M in value
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering plans and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
