Exciting Opportunity for Mechanical Project Manager with experience working on projects $10MM-$50MM
We are looking for multiple experienced Mechanical Project Managers for a leading mechanical contractor who are looking for an opportunity to support a reputable contractor with their $250MM backlog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Work alongside Assistant Project Managers & Project Engineers to ensure success project completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects, with a minimum of 3 years in a project management role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
