Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial mechanical projects valued over $80 million.
- Ensure projects run according to Cost, Time and Quality
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Be the main point o contact and liaising with with general contractor
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the mechanical contracting industry.
- Proven track record of managing large commercial projects over $80 million
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Proved track record of managing P&L's
- PMP certification is a plus.
