Currently partnered with a National Mechanical contractor (TOP 30 ENR) that specializes in Mission Critical, Industrial and Commercial projects. They have a large backlog of work stretching past 2030 and currently looking for experienced Project Managers to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience and a background of working on large mechanical projects in heavy construction, Mission critical. A strong background in HVAC and plumbing - will also be comfortable scheduling and running the project to ensure project is completed on-time and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction personnel
- Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Reviewing and approving contract documentation
- Maintain and managing accurate records of job site activities, including daily reports, time cards, and material deliveries
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Knowledge of Plumbing and/or HVAC systems
- Experience managing large scale complex commercial projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering plans and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
