Exciting Opportunity for Mechanical Estimator Experienced in Construction
We are looking for multiple experienced Mechanical Estimators for a leading mechanical construction who are looking to support a reputable contactors with their upcoming Data Centre projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve all pricing options and target the appropriate price for the project.
- Participate in plan and estimate review meetings, other project review meetings, and site investigations, as needed.
- Prepare, and coordinate schedules, utilizing schedule information to estimate General Contractor's and other scheduled items.
- Corresponds and contacts sales reps to obtain missing info, recommends change or substitution to improve cost, delivery, or product.
- Interprets customer requirements and prepares and revises quotations based upon take-offs, emails, and specifications.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's Degree Construction Management, Administration preferred.
- 5 plus years of estimating experience required.
