Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Mechanical Discipline Lead, you will work on diverse projects, including standalone mechanical designs and MEPT (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology) documents. Our team collaborates with Structural and Civil groups to deliver comprehensive engineering designs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop commercial mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing).
- Use Autodesk Revit and HVAC design software for detailed designs.
- Coordinate with electrical, structural, and civil teams for integrated designs.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and partners through design meetings, BIM integration, and site visits.
- Perform quality control reviews of designs and construction documents.
- Use Bluebeam Revu and Autodesk Construction Cloud for documentation.
- Conduct building walkdowns, property analyses, and provide construction support.
- Maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills for client service.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and HVAC design software
- EIT Certification
