LVI Associates are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Managing Director. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigation, and litigation support, with a proven track record of leadership and business development. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth and innovation within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Forensic Accounting division, overseeing all aspects of forensic investigations, fraud detection, and litigation support.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the division's services and client base.
- Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings and serve as a key advisor to clients on complex financial matters.
- Collaborate with legal teams, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to support investigations and litigation.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the division remains at the forefront of forensic accounting.
- Drive business development efforts, including client relationship management and new client acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFE, or other relevant certifications required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigation, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
