Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the firm's forensic accounting and litigation support practice.
- Oversee complex forensic investigations, including fraud detection, asset misappropriation, and financial statement analysis.
- Collaborate with legal teams, corporate clients, and government agencies to provide expert analysis and testimony.
- Direct high-profile cases involving fraudulent transfers, money laundering, Ponzi schemes, and other financial crimes.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance forensic accounting services.
- Serve as a key expert witness in litigation matters.
- Mentor and manage a team of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Certified Fraud Examiners (CFEs).
- Drive business development efforts and cultivate client relationships.
Qualifications
- CPA, CFE, or equivalent certification required.
- Extensive experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations, and litigation support.
- Strong knowledge of financial fraud schemes, forensic methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in leadership, business development, and client management.
- Experience testifying as an expert witness in legal proceedings.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
