What You'll Do:

- Manage project-level risks, ensuring that financial goals are met, key milestones are tracked, and project development objectives are executed successfully.
- Support tax equity and debt transactions by conducting financial analysis, due diligence, preparing transaction documents, and working closely with internal teams to ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
- Collaborate across teams to provide strategic insights that inform development decisions, improving project value and enhancing financing solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of analysts, fostering the creation and maintenance of financial models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify financial incentives and leverage a deep understanding of markets to develop strong value propositions and support financing decisions.
- Represent the company with professionalism in all investor, partner, and vendor interactions, clearly communicating project and financial goals.
- Lead the development of investment strategies for new projects and strategic opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project finance, specifically in renewable energy or infrastructure financing.
- Proven expertise in tax equity and debt financing modeling.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Superior organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in renewables or energy infrastructure is a plus, but not required.
