My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to work with their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of live events, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively with their team members to deliver exceptional live event solutions for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of live event production from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful event delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and creative, to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary resources and services.
- Conduct risk management to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Attend project meetings and provide strategic input and support to team members.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and deliver exceptional live event solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management within the live events production industry.
- Strong knowledge of live event production processes and industry trends.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
