Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for live event production services.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, and venues.
Conduct sales presentations and client meetings to pitch event solutions.
Create and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.
Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.
Client Management & Strategy
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their event needs are met.
Collaborate with internal production teams to develop customized event solutions.
Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows.
Event Coordination & Execution
Work closely with project managers, producers, and technical teams to ensure flawless execution.
Oversee the sales-to-production handoff, ensuring all client expectations are met.
Provide on-site support for key events as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-7+ years of experience in event sales, business development, or account management.
Strong knowledge of live events, corporate meetings, experiential marketing, and event production.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Existing industry contacts and a book of business are highly desirable.
