Job opening: Lead Superintendent

Location: Frisco, TX
Candidate requirements:
- More of an established Lead super, must have completed podium build
- No more than a 45-minute commute from Frisco
- Well spoken, presentable, communicator
- Extensive site work experience and recent experience in Frisco desired
Compensation package:
- $140,000-175,000 all in package
- Discretionary bonus based on multiple factors
- Company phone, iPad and/or laptop
- Insurance 100% for employee, and after a year enrolled in 401k plan 4%
Responsiblities:
1.Management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
2. Coordinates and manages the care, custody, and control of the project site.
3. Leads various daily meetings with staff, as well as weekly trade meetings.
4. Effectively communicates key project information to the corporate team, general superintendent, governing authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
5. Manage jobsite team with may consist of assistant superintendent(s), punchout foreman, and or general labor, including work schedules and duties, project progress, and resource allocation.
6. Assist project manager in maintaining and updating the project schedule.
7. Maintain accurate daily logs, including photos and description of work in progress.
8. Ensures quality compliance and company standards are enforced at all stages of the project.
9. Supports project closeout by coordinating between corporate team and governing authorities.
Requirements
1. Multifamily construction experience; must have completed at least several Class A multifamily projects of similar size and complexity as a lead superintendent.
2. Podium experience; ideally this candidate will have completed at least several podium type multifamily projects of similar size and complexity.
3. Ability to perform work accurately, completely, and promptly.
4. Ability to apply fundamentals of the means and methods of construction management to projects.
5. Thorough knowledge of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of a project.
6. Knowledge of specific trades and scopes of work.
7. Ability to read and understand all project documents.
8. Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally.
9. Residency near Frisco, TX.
10. Recent experience working in Frisco is a plus.
11. Reliable transportation to and from jobsite.
12. Good written and verbal communication skills.
13. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
