We are looking for a Landscape Designer II to join our client's Denver office team! This individual should be able to manage, organize, and coordinate with the technical and design teams throughout the design process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating design solutions and design development.
- Create site analysis diagrams and graphics.
- Prepare site plan and 3D renderings and assist in developing design presentations.
- Produce construction documents.
- Assist with construction administration/observation.
- Collaborate with project consultants and clients to facilitate the design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 5-10 years of experience in Landscape Architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D presentation software and hand graphics
- Software: Revit, Rhino, LandFX, Enscape3d
- Experience with park and educational campus design is a bonus
