Responsibilities:
* Prepare construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD files.
* Create mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptions.
* Post-process field data collected via total station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systems.
* Draft aerial surveys from UAV (Drone).
* Solve problems using exciting new technology.

Qualifications:
* 4+ years of office surveying experience.
* B.S. in a related field is preferred.
* Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Pix4d, and Leica-based scanning software.
* Experience with survey equipment such as GPS, Robotic, and Total Station.
* Pursuing FAA Pilot License.
* LSIT Required.
