A leading national design firm is looking to expand their Survey leadership team in their Maine office! This Land Survey Project Manager will ideally come on board and hit the ground running. The Land Survey Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Prepare effective work plans and man-hour budgets for approval by Department Manager
- Prepare advanced engineering designs and/or technical data for completion and accuracy
- Participates in formulating and coordinating proposals and provides other Marketing support, including Business Development
- Mentor junior staff in learning sound technical and business practices, and enhancing corporate objectives
The Land Survey Project Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Surveying Technology, Civil Engineering Technology or related field required
- 10-15+ years related land surveying experience
- Ability to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development preferred
- State of Maine Professional Land Survey License preferred
