As part of its growth strategy, they are seeking experienced professionals to join their Land Development team for an exciting project in San Antonio. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects that shape the landscape of communities in Texas.
Position Overview:
They are currently looking for an experienced Land Development Project Manager to lead and manage a large-scale land development project in San Antonio, TX. The successful candidate will have a background in civil engineering and land development, with a proven track record of managing projects from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of land development, including site design, permitting, and construction.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, regulatory agencies, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of the project.
Provide technical expertise in civil engineering and land development planning.
Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in land development, site design, or related fields.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.) and experience with geospatial data tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with local San Antonio and Texas land development regulations and permitting processes is preferred.
