Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing team, working remotely from North Carolina. As a Project Engineer, you will collaborate with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Pfizer and Moderna, on impactful projects that drive innovation and enhance healthcare delivery across the globe. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee engineering aspects of major projects in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and key clients such as Pfizer, Moderna, and other industry leaders to ensure the successful delivery of complex engineering projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout all phases of project execution, from initial planning and design to commissioning and handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits (as needed) and participate in virtual project meetings, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts to resolve technical challenges and improve project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including FDA and GMP guidelines, for the design and construction of healthcare facilities.
Qualifications:
- PE Licenced
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering, preferably in land development.
- Strong knowledge of the design and construction of civil infrastructure
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various teams.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
