Assistant Project Manager (Land Development) Construction - Tacoma, WA - Full Time

Position Summary: Oversee the success of land development processes and all phases of project management.
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and skillset. Eligible for an annual bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain schedules and strategies for cost-effective project delivery.
- Oversee engineering solutions and quality control for improvement and landscape plans.
- Coordinate field installation of infrastructure and site improvements.
- Obtain acceptance of improvements and manage project sureties.
- Serve as the point of contact with field inspectors.
- Manage the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP).
- Assist in managing environmental mitigation and site engineering consultants.
- Obtain and negotiate consultant proposals and contracts.
- Interface with public agencies and local community organizations.
- Provide job cost and budget updates.
- Support construction management and ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and communicate plan revisions.
- Assist with correspondence, meeting notes, and organizational processes.
- Maintain project files and interface with accounting, marketing, and purchasing.
- Approve and code invoices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards at development sites.
- Model company values and principles.
Qualifications:
- College degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction management, engineering, or land development.
- Knowledge of engineering and development practices.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
